It's not often these days that I call a customer service number and the representative on the other end speaks in clear English. I'm not certain where Seagate 's call center is located but both of the reps I spoke to sure sounded American. Both were extremely friendly and helpful and helped take care of my issue quickly. The only negative thing I could say is that the hold times to reach a person were over 5 minutes both times.
