Ripoff bought a computer it crashed did not help us with our problems

I recived the computer and i set up and it crashed about two days later.
I called them and we ran tests over the phone and could not get it to work they agreed to take it back and would send me another cpu to see if that would fix the problem it worked for a few months then little by little it kept screwing up again by that time my return period had run out and i could not return it

Now all it does is crash every time i use it i have lost information that was stored

I am ready to throw this computer out the window it is the biggest piece of junk i have ever purchased
