Ordered Inspirion 580 for $830 on Oct 27th was told that it will be delivered on Oct 12th. Received email that it will be now delivered on 19th.
Currently with out PC because I sold mine. Was trying to explain to Customer service the meaning of the word commitment. Was told that there is nothing they can do but cancel the order. Tried to speak to a manager and they hang up the phone on me by accident or on purpose. No idea.
Thinking about canceling the order. Why should I support Dell that outsource jobs but can not keep their word?
