I requested 10 laptops and also have never gotten them. I've waited patiently for three complete months today but still no laptops. I've invested $1200.00 of my hard earned revenue simply to get scammed by the corporation. I looked up this businesses account using the BBB and discovered they have more than 155 issues documented. I've contact my attorney and he's working toward this situation. I hve voiced with a wide variety of folks from client service. Amanda, Brooklyn, Alex, Scott, and Sara only for them to inform me I've to hold back until their factory launch the following info. I'm so dissatisfied and need this fixed.
