Damaged, wrong replacement, poor customer service

Initially we requested the notebook significantly less than per month before, it came in per week and half from China. The computer would not function, we named within hours of provide. After two hours about the phone using their outsourcing customer support depatment managing a diagnostic plan, they agreed to renovate it and deliver it back again to us but we favored a brand new alternative.

They released a Fedex pick up lable and acknowledged and reordered. There is currently a price discrepency about the reorder and that I needed to demand they substitute at my unique price simply because they were likely to boost the price and never recognize my initial price.

I received a reorder verification and realized that they'd transformed the movie card to some cheaper video card and so I named their outsourcing customer support to ensure they fixed it, I had been guaranteed it was fixed however the alternative pc came today using the wrong video card and that I was billed the additional $50 for that more costly video card from my initial purchase.

We named their outsourcing customer support division again and talked to some woman declaring her title was "ARJEL", she talked having a minor speech impediment, huge feature along with a propensity to express "um" frequently.

She apologized profusely but didn't truly appear to completely understand what I had been trying to explain to her. She repeated the same expression again and again as though she was studying it but didn't comprehend when to appropiately match it in to the discussion. We meant to deliver the pc that people had only acquired back and obtain still another alternative but we desired to make sure that the purchase could be positioned properly. Lastly, I requested to talk to her boss. She put me on-hold for a significant while subsequently returned about the telephone... Same precise individual, same speech, identical speech impediment... Identical "um" every two phrases... She stated her title was "ROXANNE" and he or she was the boss. I informed her that it had been obvious that she was exactly the same consultant and required to talk to a genuine boss.

At this time we determined that people were completed with horsepower, their reliability is under consideration and we simply need them to get the pc and return our cash. They never agreed to pay us in virtually any method for the period and disappointment spent coping with this and we couldn't actually consult with anybody apart from their badly educated outsourcing customer support office. We will not be purchasing something from their website again and claim that others avoid doing this too.
