Have used Magic Jack for a couple of years without any problems. I signed up for and paid for 5 additional years. About a year ago it started making a lot of background noise and then it would cut off all calls after a few minutes. I spent numerous times online with them to try to get if fixed. Each time they would prompt an update download. Then they said it would work. It never worked again. This took place over about one year. I asked them to refund the remainder of my unused 5 year payment and they said "No Refunds!"
I said that it did not work. They said "No Refunds" What kind of company charges for non-working services and will not make refunds. Perhaps, a company who is hearing a lot of complaints and is about to go under? Their support is incompetent and their customer service is non-existent.
