I purchased a video card from HIS and within six months it died on me. Thank god it was covered under warranty but after a little research I found out I was not the only one. Many people have had the same issues I have.

Trying to simply just get hold of HIS was a nightmare. First, they had no customer service number in or on their product. Then, their website was down for four days. When I finally got around to finding the phone number, nobody answered. It took me three days of calling to get somebody to answer my call.

After finally getting hold of the company and getting the forms and everything filed I sent my card off. I was then told two to four weeks from the date they received the card to have it back.

Today is week five. No card. No e-mails. No nothing. So I called HIS myself and aside from the fact that the people on the phone are foreign and can hardly understand me and I can hardly understand them, they informed me they're waiting on a replacement card from overseas and have no idea how long it will take. No estimates whatsoever.

For a company I strongly feel this is poor service. After getting my (hopefully) fixed card back, I will never ever deal with this company again. Nor will I ever recommend any other person to do so.
