We've been with Forte Systems for approximately eight years. Recently we had a problem with our system that was greatly slowing down the office thus harming our office efficiency. I contacted Michael in tech support to help address the issue. The customer service from Michael that I've received was outstanding. Michael clearly went above and beyond his normal duties and not only identified the problems with our system, but then also made the necessary corrections. Once the corrections were made, I was able to explore all of the great features that the program offers such as tracking my ROI for my advertising as well as my clinic goals setting and the ability to use a seperate voice activated system to store my SOAP notes within the system.
