In 09 i bought a h.P. Computer 4 days later i took it back to best buy one of the keys pads just popped out. Turns out it was discontinued, so i bought another one more expensive.in 09 i took it in because of the mouse it was all wobbly. I do not think best buy did a good job because i have that problem again the mouse is all wobbly again. I am 75 years old so i take good care of my possesions.
