Took mo ney and nothing happened

On Dec 24 I purchased a disease/spyware protection from Regwork for 2yrs, the merchandise variety is application and product identification is39. Our order # is Q7MKEJX8. I've received an E=Mail from CLICKBANK conforming they have received payment. Therefore today I've yet to receive something from Regwork. The suppliers website is http://www.regwork.com
