Our HP Pavilion pcis drive failed after barely 12 months. It was a dreadful, long-drawn out and annoying encounter, but atleast the majority of HPis technology support employees are useful. Nevertheless their Revenue ("House Shop") is anything I'll NEVER BUY FROM AGAIN. HPis support representatives spoke me into purchasing an additional drive from their website. Good.
