I gained 2 products from teksaves on ebay (350350524414 and 350350524601) on 5/12. Within the market, they obviously mentioned advantages shipping for $23.08 each to get a whole of $46.16.
Following The market was around, they invoiced me $65 for delivery on both products, that was $18.84 over the cost mentioned. I named their assistance quantity, and was rudely informed, he'd need to contact me back after he talked using a boss.
They called me back that evening, and explained they'd cost me the $46.16 for delivery (as initially mentioned). I obtained a on 5/13 using the proper delivery cost, then on 5/14, they invoiced me again with 2 individual bills for $13.77 for shipping each. That created the 3rd bill, with various delivery quantities. They again declined to recognize the low shipping cost.
On 5/17, cost was designed for both products, and that I instantly (within five minutes), sent them, requesting them to supply the advantages tracking number upon delivery.
On 5/18, they delivered me a FEDEX tracking range for that products, I again sent them, observing they stated advantages shipping within the market, and because of issues with FEDEX of this type, I required UPS cargo because they mentioned.
Their response was "we display fedex sent the bundle, we are able to show it".
I've required through ebay and paypal conflicts, a reimbursement of the delivery I settled, given that they promoted advantages, AND NEVER FEDEX, to date the organization has declined.
I'd prefer to notice, this organization attempted breaking ebay plan by getting more for cargo, than was initially mentioned within the market, after which they delivered me 3 various bills for delivery costs. Then they downright lied concerning the delivery process.
