Original Criticism:
Dexclusive delivered me a wrist watch via advantages that I'd to come back due to a manufaturer recognition. I bought the view through eBay via Paypal within the quantity of $319.00 in December. Dexclusive statements they delivered the watch via advantages in my experience to some incorrect handle in September and it has not yet returned my cash or delivered me an upgraded view. Dexclusive claims that UPS has just repaid them $100 plus they are expecting the quantity, nevertheless, around this period, I've been defrauded of $319.00. The initial eBay deal # is 330294027209. I'd just like a fresh view delivered or reimbursement.

Organization says that using the delivery handle it organization plan to ship towards the paypal payment address mr. Cerra didn't revise that handle until september. 2009 organization understands this since organization confirmed the info before delivery.organization only boats to authorized delivery address. Customer subsequently exposed a challenge with paypal & challenge he dropped.organization offered customer advantage of the dought & exposed an incident with advantages twice & that situation was shut twice since advantages mentioned customer did actually get the product.

1st Point: Dexclusive delivered bundle to Paypal address on 12/26/09. Watchwas faulty deficiency and was delivered to Dexclusive in 02/09. Dexclusive hadn't changed view by 07/09. I approached them-and required an upgraded or reimbursement. Recommended Dexclusive of the change of tackle just before cargo. 2nd Stage: advantages needed a trademark for that bundle. Advantages detectives established they dropped the bundle No signature on document. Advantages recommended me that Dexclusive covered the bundle for $100. Advantages returned Dexclusive $100 state & recognized bundle was dropped. Advantages recommended they just return cash if it's UPS’ responsibility. Advantages can only just offer published data regarding their analysis towards the shipper. The above mentioned data could be corraborated by UPS. 3rd Stage: Paypal situation was shut not dropped. It had been shut since situation was exposed 45 days after initial purchase. View was delivered for alternative 45 days after purchase. It's Dexclusiveis obligation to return my cash or substitute the watch provided the truth that advantages dropped the view. If Dexclusive just covered the $319.00 for $100 with advantages, which was the chance they required by covering the bundle for under that which was compensated.
*Though advantages established that bundle was certainly dropped with no trademark and returned Dexclusive $100, the total amount they covered the bundle for, I never obtained the entire refund. Dexclusive declined to approve me to obtain published certification of advantages' results to aid my state. The corporation has defrauded me and who understands just how many other simple customers.
