Charged for something i didn't buy

I had been billed for ca. Comsoftware and that I do not actually understand what it's!!! I've never visited their website, how do you get my money-back? I've not gotten any product within the email or any info. On the pc, no emails or any type of item. The one thing I've is just a cost to my bank acct. How do you get my money-back???
