Techs were poorly trained on the product and how it works

Purchased an Air-Card hardware H-Modem from Bestbuy. Bundle included a disk to update individuals for Verizonis fresh UM175 Air-Card. Disk didn't work. Customer support was a nightmare. Spoke to India, I believe. Powerful highlights and may not recognize one another. Technicians were also poorly educated about the item and just how it works. Dont get netgear!

purchase cradlepoint. IT worked with no hhitch.
