Gearhead really rudely advised me that there is a charge of $99 to carry on support and guarantee had terminated. This is actually the very first time I'd heard about service costs for the product. He insisted on the creditcardnumber in those days. I stated that I needed to go over with my partner first. He advised me when I called back there will be a $39.99 charge for them simply to keep in touch with me! I purchased a fresh modem—clearly another manufacturer, and today have much faster web.
