Bought Netgear wireless modem about 12 months before. Had regular connection difficulties with wireless modem. Named today, and technology from Asia (Steve) explained that I'd to pay for $99 to solve the problem, " It Is A setup issue you are having friend." It would appear that a number of other clients are experiencing connection difficulties with Netgear wireless hubs. This might imply that Netgear understands this issue exists with merely a 90-day guarantee, Netgear needs to create extra funds off clients. Do not get Netgear... And they'ii have to make concessions. Afterall, without clients Netgear can't survive.
