Either no dial tone, or if there is a dial tone the call will not go through.
I have spent approximately 3 1/2 hours since setting up the magicJack trying to get it to function. The customer care area on the web site is not very helpful. I'll be returning this thing tomorrow (thank goodness for the 30 day free trial).
