Toshiba has got the toughest customer support of any computer organization. Their notebooks are lightweight and quickly damaged plus include an inferior OS. I bought an L505D-S5986 from Newegg.com. The system has a 64-bit mixture processor but just the 32-bit edition of Windows-7. I thought Toshiba might provide an update sooner or later but I had been incorrect.
