My complaint starts with my original X-Box 360. As anyone that plays video games knows, Playstation did and does not have nearly the game selection as X-Box. This is the only reason why I purchased the console as I have in the past always been loyal to Playstation. Now, I picked the original system up at a pawn shop, and therefore did not expect it to last if even work at all. Well, luckily it worked, but eventually did die on me. I replaced that X-Box at a Game Stop by purchasing a used system. I did not get the warrenty. Oddly, If you watch it, about 90 percent of systems won't fail or go bad until just outside of the warrenty. Different issues also have different lengths of warrenty. Sounds fishy to me. Well it is. That just allows for you to never use the warrenty and they never lose out on selling a junk product. So anyway, I take my new system home that has been rebuilt and is supposed to be just as good as the brand new systems. Within days, the swinging doors for the usb ports in the front and the memory card slots both went out. I didn't think it is that big of an issue cause it doesn't effect the functionality of the system. Well within 2 months I got an error on my screen that said "If you want to play this disc put it in an X-Box 360 console." It then repeats this in about 15 other languages. Well needless to say I was annoyed so I took it back. Game Stop said they highly recommend me getting the warrenty this time. Well I got the warrenty and took a second system home. I'm in about 400 dollars now. Well, within weeks the exact same thing happened. I took it back and used the warrenty and took my new system home, this time with no warrenty. I couldn't afford to get a new warrenty every time this happened obviously, which led to me being out even more money in the long run. So, on to my third system, and within 2 months the exact same issue AGAIN!!! This time I called Microsoft and explained that there is obviously a defect here that they need to get fixed and asked if I could get a new system. Obviously they refused. I went to pick up another system when I eventually got the money for it and did not purchase a warranty again as I was about 20 dollars short. Once again, SAME EXACT ISSUE!!! I am now down over 600 dollars and this same thing has now happened 11 times that I can think of. I'm currently dealing with the 11th time. I just spoke with a supervisor named Mary after arguing with an Agent named Alex which of who had horrible customer service skills. After working in a call center for over 2 years as management I can tell you if my agent treated a customer like that he would be terminated on sight. Very rude, and refused to help me. Every time I speak to Microsoft about this problem they tell me there is nothing they could do because the system won't allow it. That is a lie. There is always a way to ship out equipment. ALWAYS! They refuse to get it approved, and they refuse to care. Until I spoke with Mary. She seemed pretty good about caring and finding a resolution for my issue. Until she had me call Game Stop and claimed that I should have been covered under a warranty during the time that I had been trying to get the current one fixed. Well, after speaking to Game Stop I found out that Mary is also lying to me. Microsoft has no access to warranty information from Game Stop nor do they have anyway to find information on the warranty's they sell. I am now about to call Microsoft back again and explain that they were just caught in a lie, and I will refuse to get off the phone until I am sent a new system. If this is posted then you know I did not get my way.

Microsoft is a company full of liars, cheats and scandals! I am now down over 1000 dollars over game systems and have no system to play on! I am outraged and have no choice but to keep spending money on Microsoft products if I want a system. This is called a monopoly! Shame on Microsoft! Bill, you should really think about your moral and how other people less fortunate feel when you cheat them out of money for a simple pay check! It is no wonder you just lost your place as richest man in the world! I hope someday you are dubbed the "Poorest Man in the World!" You don't deserve a dime of the money that you earned from Microsoft!
