On 10-16-09 I bought NetGear WG 111 Wireless G USB 2.0 adapter... in the get go it'd not preserve contacts towards the internet. Many hair-tugging tech support team calls and downloads later distributed by speech-impaired fools... The issues wasn't resolved. I went thru weeks of the trash. Each time you contact... Provide scenario #... They declare a brand new download may solve. Of coarse. It does not. Today 2-20)... Was told the merchandise has become not under guarantee... I simply blew-up.informed them-this hasbeen a continuing from time 1. Asked what these were likely to do... Got the same kind of download may solve.informed them I needed a return. Item never worked... They of rough wont matter a return. I approached the shop I bought it at... Discussed the problem... Though well after dark return position, they released me a store credit. I bought a Belkin wireless g (for less cash compared to NetGear) Lo & see I am up & operating... Have already been on all night without any dropped link. The underside line... Don't purchase netgear items... Their support degrades... Their professionals are useless... I am currently buying site to participate the class-action suit against them.
