I have had mine for almost two years now and still love it. Is it the quality of a regular land line, no and I wouldn't try to fool you into believing anything but.
However the people complaining are the ones trying to get something for nothing. I have less than $100.00 invested in mine, been with them two years and am paid up until 2014.
You want Ma Bell Quality, you do the math on how much it cost you in six years and tell me if it was worth it compared to what I paid.
