Called Frigidaire to report another problem with the grill. The last time they covered all labor and parts. This time they said they take care of everything including setting up the appointment with A&E Service.
The service contractor came out to look at the grill and order the part. They then came out to fix the unit and then demanded money for labor. I told them I was told everything would be taken care of, which I assumed it would be everything. We are now in dispute over who should pay the labor. The warranty does not specifically say "labor is excluded". If I would have been aware of this at the beginning, I would have repaired the product myself.
Watch out for misleading communication from there customer service department and vague warranty information in the owners manual.
