My loved ones and that I have bought an overall total of 4 ACER compters during the last three years... Our last purchase was for my nephewis college contained in June. He employs this pc mainly for university. After one of his true courses his power-chord got up lacking from his book-bag. He (at that time was not sure if it was taken or he'd quit it athome) I named ACER customer support today detailing the problem for them and was informed that I'd need to spend $24.99 to get a fresh power-chord (E-Bay has them for 8.00) The guy I talked to had REALLY broken english, therefore I requested to talk to his boss (who likewise had really broken english) I"m still unsure they really recognized they were going to shed A LOT OF company from my loved ones over a 25.00 power-chord AND INCREDIBLY BAD Customer support. I will comprehend a company seeking and having to earn money... Nevertheless... If you have a person that's acquisitions as numerous ACERis once we have in three years... (and) have were thinking about buying 2 more this summer for my child and (another nephews school current) I'd *think* that $25.00 could be NOTHING for them... I suppose I'm going to be buying FRESH make of pc and certainly will NEVER buy another ACER again.
