In January I ordered a set of Backup Discs for my HP Presario SR1639UK from the HP E-Business Partner Best2Serve. When my credit card statement arrived I discovered I had been charged twice. Since then I have sent six emails in an effort to obtain a refund of the £25.35 which they over charged, but have received nothing but a couple of replies telling me they would be sending a further set of discs! As it is now July and I feel the company is ignoring what I am saying to them, is it time to decide not to buy any HP products in future?
