I am having issues with the unit. When talking to someone they are complaining about hearing beeps on the line like someone is pushing buttons. I have reinstalled, upgraded, unplugged and replugged, switched computers, used without the usb extension, edited the registry and spent a total of 2 hours and 45 min over 3 days with tech support (chat). Why don't you guys give us a number to call so we can tell how wonderful your product is? Hmmmm.
