Credit card charged for subscription renewal 7/01/08 but is not working and there isn't any way to contact Norton

I restored my membership on line and was billed $59.98 7/1 for annual revival of membership Semantic Norton antivirus support on pc. Each time I transform it on I obtain a appear that my membership has gone out of day and my pc reaches risk. After I start the container, all it offers me is just a type to restore my membership. I previously did this June 3oth and that Iam so furious I notice red everytime I try over and over to get hold of somebody about this. There isnt anyway to inform anybody and there isnt in whatever way to email the organization. ALL I get is another restoration program!!! I'd like my money-back and that I need anti -virus protection.
