I used to be billed an annual renewal payment without notice, after I hadnot meant or approved this type of cost. It was returned after I named Norton at 877-294-5265 plus they were excellent about this, but I'd to hold back on-hold for around 30 minutes and also the entire automated renewal offer is fairly questionable.
