Software was never downloaded to Laptop. Never received a receipt for payment charged to my Visa Card

I billed AVG Application to my CREDIT CARD with respect to my cousin who not need a charge card.

Our lender confirms the cost to my bill. Nevertheless, the program was NEVER saved to my cousin's Notebook. ($54.99)

I want a credit of $54.99 put on my Credit Card which you curently have OUR CARD NUMBER.
