I was over chanrged

I had been over-charged for that item i requested. Our purchase was just for 39.99 and that I was billed 84.97. I'd such as the various delivered to my bill. I requested Norton Antivirus 2010 for 39.99 and that I was billed 84.97. This is actually the url http://www.symantec.com/norton/index. Jsp
