Expensive Sony Vaio,

I'm Mother Thet Mon Aye and that I am composing this notice for that benefit of the company.

I'm a global scholar from Myanmar who's today styding in UCL (birmingham).

I've purchased VGN CS36GJ within this August in Singapore before I trigger to London. And after 4 mths, I acquired the fan noise issue. It's truly large sound that it irritates me alot. I am a compsci scholar who selected Vaio over Macintosh and that I have a lot of Sony products with me.

I purchased from Singapore and included IRSP that we considered is worldwide guarantee due to the salesperson who explained that addresses the guarantee for British also.

However, I then found out that it do not address in British in different nations.

I'm shocked. I believed Vaio is definitely an overseas manufacturer that'll protect its guarantee everywhere. I imply atleast the components when the support costs CAn't be covered. More, it's not really 6 mths however to obtain the fan noise.

Inclusion, it makes me dissapoint alot that Sony Service Center which charge me over 20 GDP to contact since I have need to contact everytime plus they usually respond me after 3 times and contact me throughout the classes departing speech msg to contact them back. You understand, in British, to contact to Sony isn't simple it charge me 35p whilst I'm waiting a material to put on my call. It truly pissed me down.

They offer me for 200 GDP since my warrenty isn't in UK. It's alot to get a pupil like me. Plus, it's not my problem since I have do not actually do anything yet. I have examined the delivery prices with FedEx, it'll charge me around 200 for delivery to Singapore and obtain back from Singapore which truly costs me alot and that I am today within the part.

I suppose this is my last Sony Notebook. I'll never select Sony again. I'll never believe second-time. I had been disappointed such as this.

When there is no support that'll do like a payment for CS sequence, I suppose a lot of clients may disappear too.

The fan noise issue is actually on facebook.

Please check it out. The item is poor and customer support is costly with worse and never contemplate to get a client who's students.

I believe when there is nothing that'll do as payment for me personally, I'll not really select Sony products again.
