I sent my iPod here for repair a couple weeks back. After shopping around for a screen replacement service, I decided that this place was a good balance - they are not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either - and they are pretty well-known if you do a Google search or a apple forum search. I called them first to ask a couple of questions and the rep was helpful and friendly. Sent the iPod in and the repair did take a week but this was over the holidays so I figured as much. I got the iPod back in a nicely packed box with an overview of what exactly they did to it. My iPod was clean and there were no signs that it was ever opened or modified in any way - something I was worried about. This company is a good example of old fashioned customer service - had an outstanding experience with these folks.
