Telephone contact from Nuance persuaded me to purchase their camera with capability to relate solely to Hardware to Computer. Philips Digital voice tracer came. The system is difficult to use based on the closed directions (completely insufficient) and online may be the same. Haven't had the opportunity to get hold of Nuance for instructions, assistance or return instructions.
