I had been informed by telephone of 2 costs to by bank card, wondering easily approved them. The costs were for $3.00 and $39.92, equally detailing "Pre Auth PHONEBILLE9". This occurred moments after a certified purchase from Nuance to get a software package for speech recognition. Reality: i had been never notified by nuance or anyone of "phonee9" costs. Reality: these 2 costs were never, never approved, and yet somehow they got my bank card data. I need a sudden refund of those illegal and bogus costs instantly.
