I'd putted in purchases for TransBay 10-Trip Solution. Since AC Flow chose to eliminate TransBay seats with TransLink, I eliminated my purchases beginning 8. Somehow that produced a credit to my consideration which I've no concept related to that.in September I posted purchase for TransLink e cash for November. I received mail that Purchase was updated. Nevertheless, I recevied Commuter Gains Purchase wasn't prepared for December on 10/6. After speaking with many folks from the client assistance, I then found out the cause the purchase was declined due to the TransBay Purchase credit in my own bill. Because it is after 10/6, I was told by Janson Hiles (from customer support) that the next Benefits Order I can submit is December and there is nothing can be done for Nov. It would appear that there's an issue using the program. The machine must email me that there's an issue with my Purchase before 10/5 to provide me an opportunity to revise my Purchase. Because this can be a difficulty using the program, I believe ADP must possibly work out how to publish my Nov Purchase or pay me for my Nov Purchase.incidentally, I also known as the client assistance before 10/5 to make sure my Order was okay since this was my first time to order TransLink and the people from customer support did not tell me there was any issue whatsoever. Personally I think I did so what I really could did to ensure my Purchase was ok.
