I bought a computer and never received it

I purchased a sony vios pc in may i invested $1000.00 of my money-they believed to me I'd have it until july today its sept and that I still dont contain it. Each time i contact they declare another couple months I believe they must be turn off for fraudulant actions i question them for my cash plus they stated no reimbursement which my cash has become a credit in that case send me my item. Im soo mad may someone help me get my cash back
