I bought a used pc which was said to be restored and examined completely before it delivered. It arrived in damaged from day-one. I thought it had been a application concern, but ended up to be always a hardware problem. I delivered the computer back once they released an RMA#. They stated they'd give me credit. I also settled double the delivery expenses to deliver it back again to them. They deduced a-10% restocking charge, hence I dropped a $100.00 quickly the bat. Today to obtain exactly the same item setup, I'll need to spend another $100.00 (or even more) to obtain what I initially desired. Today they claim they do not have that same pc anymore and could be months or weeks before they've a different one. I've invested over a $1,000 bucks with one of these individuals, and that I have nothing, plus they have all my cash! I've called them-and they seldom answer the telephone and not return the communications I keep. I've actually spoken towards the operator, Mr. Steve Harper. He explained they'd send a brand new pc in my experience. Which was a week ago, and also the shop credit today suggests that it's ended! I am in Arizona, and certainly will do-nothing! I want this computer for my movie company, and that I have nothing! They've all my cash and not return calls! This out right robbery!
