I purchased the warranty on my notebook - was 3 years - if something occur to it-they might repair it or provide me a different one! -
Where the ehternet wire went— quit functioning - was informed it was the ethernet card - I delivered it down when it come back they'd place in a motherboard - minute time I delivered it - it come back and wouldn`t seriously at-all— delivered it back for that third-time— when it return - it still didnt work - required it to officemax plus they got directly on with aol and stated it wasnt the ethernet— I will get online having a hardware cable for web. Our battery also won`t function. As well as the guarantee isn`t out yet
I'm like I got scammed and so I won`t purchase other things from Officemax.
