Laptop unrepaired and agent threatening

In Goal of the year I got my HP notebook to Bestbuy since I really could not access it the web. Other methods about the program were working great.

24 hours later I acquired a contact stating the drive was poor and so I returned towards the shop. The small man in the table explained easily might provide them my bill of purchase from Basics they might substitute the drive underneath the manufacture’s guarantee. I quickly got the bill towards the shop.

The “agent” actually named the supervisor around and he explained the same to my daughter and me.

24 hours later I obtain a phone stating the drive is poor and they'll change it but I have to generate all disks that included the computer. No drives include this specific pc plus they must have recognized just how to recover it because it is traditional with this specific design. I got the paper-work I've back out for them and he again explained and my daughter they'd substitute the faulty drive at free.

24 hours later I obtain a phone in the “agent” (“Hello, this really is broker? ”) and he shows me that I'm many times out-of their one month guarantee and it'll be $100.00 in order for them to substitute the drive or I will purchase it straight in the producer. I told him he and his boss had explained twice beforehand the drive could be changed at free. He was rude and sudden and explained he was attempting to assist me in an exceedingly condescending tone. I told him the supervisor stated he’d recognize the guarantee because it was only one evening within the thirty days but he explained he couldn't do this. I told him to depart it as-is and I’d arrived at choose it-up.

If all of this wasn't bad enough, I went only today to get my notebook and was informed I had a need to signal a bit of document. After I browse the document it mentioned that I'd been educated that my “work” was out-of their warranty and also the drive wasn't under warranty. The furious “agent” arrived the doorway and explained he'd not let me consider my pc until I closed the shape. I eventually told him it had been my pc, used to do not owe them something and that I was departing. He screamed in the protection man and informed him not to allow me to in the shop.
