Doesn't work 1/3 of the time

I saved incredimail and was inspired to purchase a choice, nicely, i purchased all of the choices, also it fails half the full time. After I try to contact incredimail aid, all i get is just a computer-generated concept, which, incidentally might be many times later, or. I acquire some fool that keeps requesting exactly the same questions regardless of how often i answer their concerns!, they've NOT FIXED THE ISSUES, AND ALSO HAVE NOT CONTRIBUTED TO SOMETHING, INCREDIMAIL IS JUST A BIG RIPOFF!
