I've made $2125.56 in payments to orange to get a pc i've never obtained, i'd to close my account and that i am looking to get a reimbursement.

I need help, i've tried calling and emails, they'll not reply my calls (they put me on-hold, i've waited for more than 2 hours at the same time) they've not returned my emails.
