I'am being charged interest on a cancelled computer system order and have tried to return the printer which shipped separately, after I cancelled the order. I have received no return instructions, but have a return No. 111431310. After many calls, of which many were dropped, Ihave finally been told my return number has benn cancelled because I did not return the printer in a timely manner. How can I return it with no return instructions or label???
