Iam extremelly disapointed with HP computers. This past year, after 1 year useful my horsepower notebook dies completelly. Since I have had purchased in my own unique nation - Brazil - I questioned perhaps was the providers or even the method it had been develop along there. And so I chose to purchase a completely new one. Last Xtmas, after 12 months utilizing it the camera dies. I got it to BESTBUY GEEK TEAM. They did eveything to try and repair it - obviouslly I invested lots of cash!!! The camera couldn't be set, they delivered my pc to horsepower and Iam still awaiting a situation. NO APPROACHED FROM horsepower AT-ALL SINCE XTMAS!
Our knowledge is the fact that HP computers function only for 12 months and next horsepower clean their fingers and also the client have to purchase a new one.
