I purchased a brand new Dell at Basics in August. I quit on holiday, and employed the brand new Dell to get a whole of 10 times. It smashed, and certainly will not be restarted. Neither Dell or Staples really wants to provide me a return. After several hours about the telephone, the specialist who had been designed to arrive at repair it, did not appear. I had a need to purchase a new pc for my small company. I want a return. Dell is completely unresponsive.
