I thought that these people would be out of business considering how they conduct business.
The customer service people are a step beyond rude... They are just mean.
I had the same problem. I ordered a CDRW some time back and after 3 months I was still arguing with them in regads to getting the product or getting my money back.
The 7th person i dealt with after a huge run around was able to refund me my money.
These guys are borederline fradulant... I don't know what they hope to accomplish by doing business.
