Then after a lot of nothing he explained his boss might contact me within twenty four hours and correct this out and that I might get my pc back unrepaired. The computer is-16 weeks old. I'm so embarrassed together, I'll never purchase hp items again and that I may distribute the term about their support which smells plus they do not worry about their clients. I settled 895.00 for that pc to start with plus they need more to repair it than its value. Do not get hp products. I am not really certain where this really is heading yet but I'll get my pc back or small-claims judge is likely to be next thing.
