I too had a "pop up" from this company to repair my computer. Stupid me - I allowed it. My computer did not work properly as job was not done properly though I paid with my Visa Card. I contacted company and allowed them to go back on the computer to repair it correctly. I told them I wanted to be refunded my charge. I got a a fake refund. I thought it was refunded and when I saw my bank statement it was not. I had 2 charges to different companies and a billing and one refund from different companies. Then my credit and debit cards were used. Was it Avantgate, driver update.net, click bank?
My PC is hacked and this is FRAUD.
