I rang them, they charged me to fix my computer and know it is worse than before. I paid nearly $300 for a technician to work on my computer and then another $50 for Identity Protector: order number 200097903. Was given a phone number 18009608249 which does not connect. I have used my partners visa card which will make him really mad. Cannot find them now at all
