Laptop disk drive stopped working after purchase from dealer

I bought a laptop on 28/11 from a dealer named Aashvi Computers Sales and Services, Lokgram Kalyan (East), District Thane, Maharashtra.
Nowadays the disk drive does not open and is not able to read and write at all.
Laptop: Dell Inspiron 3521
