I ordered Boing Service in the airport and used ITunes to download the App. After a month I used ITunes to cancel the app which they did. Subsequently I as charged again by Boingo and attempted to use my AMEX card service to challenge the charge. Boingo agreed to refund the charge and turn off the recurring billing. The following month the charge showed up again. It's obvious that once they get your charge information they will continue to charge.
It may be time for a class action suit.
